Shipping

Currently we offer standard Shipping. From time of purchase, products will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Products are shipped from our manufacturing and fulfilment location in Wisconsin. We offer shipping to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee the quality of our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on OUR part will result in a replacement at no charge. Please email customerservice@pikelball.com and include the following information for review:

• Email address
• Picture of the defect or area of concern

We do not currently accept returns, refunds or replacements due to choosing incorrect sizing, color or design.
